Provide Morley's Town Centre with the upgrade it deserves

Growing up around Morley, I remember how much our town centre changed when the Morley Galleria first opened.

It was a fantastic new facility in 1988, but has not been upgraded to meet the needs of our growing community in 2024.

That’s why I was so disappointed to hear that the owners of Galleria have deferred their plans to redevelop our local shopping centre, again.

The Cook Labor Government is committed to revitalising Morley by building the Morley-Ellenbrook Line and investing in our local schools and clubs. We have also passed laws that cut red tape and make it easier for local businesses to redevelop their properties.

Now I’m calling on the owners of the Galleria to match our investment in Morley and move forward with the Galleria redevelopment.
